Delivery Time
At DDAA, we aim to fulfil your order from the printing location closest to you to reduce delivery time and environmental impact.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Once your order is placed, it is routed to the most suitable production facility.
The order is picked, processed, and packed within 1-3 business days.
After processing, your parcel is handed over to our shipping partners. If it misses the daily pick-up, it will be collected the next business day.
Standard Delivery Times
Delivery times include production time, shipping time, and customs handling. Estimated delivery varies by region.

Creator Studio cannot be held responsible for courier errors or delays once an order has left our production hubs. If you feel your delivery has been misplaced or is taking longer than expected, please contact us directly.
In the US, we currently only fulfil online store orders for non-US-based creators. We cannot serve US-based creators at the moment.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are included in the price, except for deliveries outside the EU or where otherwise noted. Shipping costs are calculated per order based on the weight, type of garments, and destination. For specific shipping rates to your location, check the Shipping Information page at checkout.
