At DUTCH DESIGN AGENCY APPAREL (DDAA), we take pride in creating high-quality, sustainable garments. Since our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items. Please review our policy below.

No Right of Withdrawal
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged upon arrival. This is in accordance with EU consumer laws on personalised goods.

Faulty, Incorrect, or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@dda-a.com with the following details:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item showing the defect, damage, or incorrect print

We will assess the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or full refund using the original payment method.

Cancellations & Modifications
Because orders are processed immediately after purchase, we cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications once an order has been placed. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please check your tracking link or contact our support team. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events. However, if your order is lost in transit, we will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue.

Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
